All reservations made through our site have the following cancellation policy:

From 20th December until 30th April, reservations may be cancelled free of charge up to 15 days before the arrival date. After this period, reservations won't be refundable.

From 01st May and until 19th December, reservations may be cancelled free of charge up to 7 days before the arrival date. After this period, reservations won't be refundable.

If you booked the reservation through a different booking platform (e.g Booking.com) the cancellation policy applicable will be the one you chose when making the reservation.

 

If your reservations has been made by phone or WhatsApp, unless it is expressly agreed, the same policy as the reservations made through this site will automatically apply.

Refunds will be made, when applicable, a maximum of 2 days after cancellation. The funds should be available to the customer in around 7 to 15 working days afterwards
